Again ATI and Nvidia differences with FBO's

I am having issues with ATI and Nvidia again. On my Nvidia 6800GT I have everthing rendering fine. My depth, reflection, refraction textures all look ok. They look good whether I am using FBO's or glTexCopyImage2D(). On ATI with the same code base this isn't the case. Now with glTexCopyImage2D() I have no values showing up in the depth texture, and with FBO's I have a depth texture with some values showing up but not as well as the Nvidia card. Now the reflection textures on the ATI card have grey color where my sky should be. And my refraction is for the most part MIA when I look at it. This kind of thing makes a guy want to use DX...

Yeah Yeah, hate having to upload them might have to look into a GDnet+ membership? I have webspace to host images then don't I? I will try later I have to leave and I need to use my laptop to get the ATI screenshots. BTW its a x700mobility chip.

Here are the SS of the problems. The depth one I left out due to its all white. Unless I use FBO's then it shows up but not as well as the Nvidia card. I am seeing the same issues whether or not I use FBO's except depthtexture when I use glCopyTexImage2D or FBO's. Using 5.9 drivers.

Like I said my Nvidia card runs great and no issues. ATI I am getting strange results and the grey relfection is wrong the nvidia reflects the sky as it should...

What code would you want to look at. I got to much to throw out here for one to look at. I know its setup right due to Nvidia cards work with it. Their must be something different between the two such as with FBO's no 24bit depth buffer as of yet. I wouldn't have a clue on where to start looking for code to post...

then build a simple test case which reproduces the problem and throw that out for people to look at..

trying to guess at the source of the problem from just two screen shots is like trying to shoot ninjas in the dark, you might hit one then again they might just sneak up to you and kill you...
