I would like to announce the release of Atomixer, a casual / puzzle game that uses Angelscript to script game logic and puzzle content. Check out the game here: http://www.sharkbaitgames.com/

Very nice game. :)

How do you use Angelscript in it?
Congratulations on completing the game!

I wish you great success with the sales so that you can go on making new games (using AngelScript, of course [wink]).

I basically implemented the game rules for the game's Arcade and Puzzle modes and also defined level content. I admit I went a bit overboard with the scripting. You know the saying.. when you have a hammer in your hand everything starts looking like a nail :) Most of the game entities are registered as objects in the script, allowing me to define playing rules, tweak difficulty levels, triggers and such.

@Witchlord
Thanks.. in part it has seen the light of day thanks to you! I hope Angelscript reaches the same popularity as LUA.. it is truly a fantastic scripting solution! I have a new game concept in mind that should put AS to better use. It's a more ambitious project than Atomixer but it will hopefully be a more immersive experience for the players and maybe more interesting to develop - casual games can be a bore to make!

I look forward to seeing what you'll do next. :)

I noticed that you already have quite a few games on your company page. Did you make all of them yourself, or are you distributing the other games for other developers? (Just being curious)

I look forward to working on my next game too! It is still in it's conception stage, but it's going to be more ambitious so I intend to spend a good deal of time planning it.

The other games are not my own but are redistributed through affiliation. It is a system that helps both the affiliates and the original vendors.
