DirectX7 SDK lost forever?

Much to my dismay, I can't seem to find the DX7 SDK anywhere on the face of the net. I really would like to have it handy for certain things, namely some reference documentation and samples for Managed DirectDraw. If anyone knows where you can still get a copy of 7.0c or whatever the last release was please let me know.

While you will find documentation for DirectDraw in that SDK, you won't find anything for Managed DirectDraw because the MDX components were only added in DX9.
