blender with Cg or GLSL.. or shaders....

I have searched everywhere; And once again im turning to the good people at Gamedev.net :) Does anyone know of a (NVIDIA)Cg or GLSL plugin to Blender3d? Or any system that allows an artist to specify (pixel/vertex)shaders from within Blender?? Something similiar to the Cg plugin for 3ds max would be prefect, but for Blender. In case your wondering why i don't use the 3ds/Cg combo is that i am on a shoestring budget :( Thanks for any feedback / help Muncher
