OpenGL Fullscreen top right corner flickering

Hey Guys/Girls!! I'm going fullscreen in OpenGL and I'm experiencing some flickering in the top right corner of my app. It's like lines of black interfering with my textured background. Any tips?

All it is, is one quad textured with an image. The quad is 1024x768, the size of my screen, and thats it. Where could the z-fighting be?
