hwo to use DirectShow's Generate still video filter?

I want to load a pic using DirectShow's Generate still video Someone told me the filter's CLSID is CLSID:{7DF62B50-6843-11D2-9EEB-006008039E37} But how could I use it with my CoCreateInstance function? the following code did not work... HRESULT hr = CoCreateInstance(CLSID:{7DF62B50-6843-11D2-9EEB-006008039E37} , 0, CLSCTX_INPROC_SERVER,IID_IBaseFilter, (void **)(&pSourceFilter));

I add the code in my head file:
DEFINE_GUID(CLSID_GSV,0x7DF62B50,0x6843,0x11D2,0x9E,0xEB,0x0,0x60,0x08,0x03,0x9E,0x37);

but there is still a error:

error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _CLSID_GSV

how to fix it ?

how could i link qedit.dll to my project?
