Hi all, i'm having a small problem while debugging the DLL. Under properties i've selected the EXE which will call the DLL, the EXE works just fine but .NET do NOT fire the breakpoints in the DLL source code. (VS 2003) after pressing F5 (Run) .NET shows the breakpoint with a question mark, saying that "the breakpoint will not hit since no executable code is loaded at this location.." However the DLL is working , a dialog-window from that is displayed but the breakpoint on its source line do NOT hit Any idea why ? thanks !

Hello alex32,

Make sure the exe is in the same directory that the DLL you are trying to debug (check the output directories). If there is already a DLL with the same name in the exe directory, then it will load this one and the one you are trying to debug.

HTH,
