CAD drawing program freeware

I was wanting to create a floor plan for a game.
Are there freeware drawing programs that would allow me to do this?
Something like AutoCAD...but not so sophisticated.
For example...something that would allow me to create a floor plan for a 3 story office building.

The problem is not the tools you have recommended. These look like really good tools. Very powerful tools.
But they are just too hard for me to understand. I need something more "dummied down" than Radiant.

anim8or is nice to use, but its more of a modeling package. You might also try something like Quark (Quake army knife) or A9 cad which is freeware CAD (IIRC)
