I'm using the ODE physics library as a linked library with runtime DLL. I'm also getting seemingly-random access violation errors. I've tried printing to a debug file for nearly every call, but this has terrible speed costs and the error never occurs unless I'm not prepared to catch it :) Basically, I just want to know which ODE function that I called lead to the access error. I'm sure many further functions were executed afterwards, but this would at least give me an idea of where to look for trouble. The break point from the error throws me into a dreadful list of ASM lines which I cannot decypher. The callstack is also filled with asm-like data, and there appears to be no way of looking back to any of my own functions to figure out what happened. I'm not doing anything complex in ODE. Dropping a few grouped primitives onto a bodiless plane. edit: Sorry. I'm using C++ in MSVS.net version 7. Any advice?
