ATi to Nvidia, now code doesn't work

I've recently upgraded from a Radeon 9800 to a Geforce 7800GTX-512. I was working on a motion-based blurring technique, and since the upgrade, my code only gives me a blank black window. By using subversion, I rolled back through different revisions of my code. It seems that once I attach a renderbuffer to the FBO, problems arise. If only a color buffer is attached to the FBO, rendering works. Is there some fundamental difference in how NVidia and ATi handle FBOs?

I think you have to supply some more information. The only problem I can think of is that you are trying to attach/create a buffer with a pixel format that is not available as a render target with nVidia cards. What is the result of glCheckFramebufferStatusEXT(GL_FRAMEBUFFER_EXT)?
