What are you using for an IDE

Do you have a budget, or are you just looking at free IDEs? Also, what platform are you interested in programming on?

It seems that M$'s Visual C++ is the most common one in industry. You can download the Express Edition of 2k5 for free, currently.

If you want cross-platform or open source, Code::Blocks is good. You can also try Borland's C++ Builder(X) and Sun Studio.

I use Eclipse. It's mainly for Java, but there is C++ support afaik. Can only say nice things about it, powerful refactoring and all kinds of other goodies.
