Hi All, How can I extract code for a function in a static library and run that function at runtime. If it is a dll, I can load the dll and get the function address and run it. I want to do it for a static library. any help is useful Thanks, Srinivas

You generally can't do it at runtime. You can consider the object code in library files to be more or less incomplete. Things like function addresses generally aren't filled in properly. The library may in fact be missing dependencies necessary to run the code present in the library.
