There are never pre-requisites to have an understanding of engineering to get into an engineering school. Stuff looking good on an application is for employment, not college. Are you going into computer science or computer engineering?

i wanna go for compouter sciences but i thought that maybe if they seen i have some past knowledge in a class taken for computer engineering that maybe it would help, i know some schools require a program made for them to be analyzed to be accepted..

It certainly can't hurt. Having good grades in related subjects (math, physics) and electives is important, as well as any programming you've done on the side.
