I've got this really annoying problem reading in numbers from a text file in C. My text file looks like this: 2 15 10.1 11.5 -24.32 my program is able to open the file just fine and read in the integers. But, it doesn't work properly when I try to read in the double. I am using fscanf(filename,"%f",&test); where test is a double and filename is the pointer to the actual file name. Is there a known issue with reading in doubles!!?
