Hey ho folks, once again I need ya help. I want to have a joystick input in my game and I would like use standard windows function for that. I managed to read out the "primary" axis with the MM_JOY1MOVE message, but since I need to read out at least 4 more axis, I was wondering what messages are being sent then. Plus I need to read out at least 10 buttons, but got only 4 of them working so far (JOY_BUTTON1...). Does any of you know if it is possible to do that with the winmm.lib? I dont really want to get into DirectInput just for that. I am happy for any link you could provide me with thx in advance cherio Woltan

Hey Xpyder,
thanks for the quick response.
What exactly do you mean by: "you may need the models SDK"?
Does that mean that I would have to find out what messages the Joystick is sending through Windows? And how would I find out about that? Or does it mean something else?
Thanks for the help
