Mathematics for 3D Game Programming and Computer Graphics.
Eric Lengyel, ISBN 1-58450-277-0.
Really good, well explained and should take you from beginner to advanced.

Another good general maths book is Engineering Mathematics, K.A. Stroud. Not to do with graphics or games, but lots of handy maths that alway crops up in games.

Hope that helps.

I also recommend the Lengyel book.
I first became interested in math after read Mathematics: A Discrete Introduction. Not really immediately applicable to games, but relevant to computer science in general. Great book.

If you're new to programming, I wouldn't reccomend diving right into the 3D stuff. There are a lot of other important topics in programming that are more essential: languages, data structures, algorithms, etc..

My first choice would be "Essential Mathematics for Games and Interactive Applications" by Jim Van Verth and Lars Bishop, both industry veterans.

I agree that Lengyel's book is also very good.
