When ever i try to load a template in microsot visual C# Express Edition
it keeps sayin "Creating Project Blah ... project creation failes"
well not autuly blah but you get the point
i would greatly Apritiat any help that could be given
i am not very familiar with c# (i use c++) but it might be a bit easier to help if you posted some of the code that is giving you problems :)

the problem isnt with the code it wont let me open up any templates or
even an empty project i havent even got to any coding with the program

Try reinstalling C#. Might do the trick, it's worked for me with other programs before.
The "Blahs" might be rather important over here ;) It would be very useful if you posted the full error and any information that is provided :)

Was this template pre installed, downloaded from MSDN or custom? If it's custom then it may be a problem with the template - if its downloaded then it may be corrupted - try opening the template normally
