I'm working on a level editor for Breakout and it starts off with a blank level. In the main menu, I have File->New. What I want New to do is create a sort of pop-up Form to enter some initial values to start creating the level. A good example that I can relate to is when you click File->New Project in MSVC.NET. You get a whole new form that isn't attached to the parent window, if it should even be called that since the new pop-up form isn't a child window. How can I do this?

Create a new Form and in your new function create a new instance of that form and use ShowDialog() to display the form.
