Hello, I have an IFRAME, with scrolling set to auto..but for some reason..it's showing the horizontal scroll bar..although it's not needed (the vertical scroll bar is). This error is only in IE..is there a way I can fix this? (Firefox shows it perfectly) Thanks ArchG

In short: IE messes up even the simplest calculations. When calculating the width for the page contained in an iframe most browsers use the width of the iframe's viewable area. IE however decides the page should have a width equal to that of the entire iframe, which of course causes scrollbars to appear.

Possible solutions:
- Set iframe's scrolling attribute to "yes"
- Set the overflow-x style of the page's html element to hidden
- Set the display style of the page's body element to inline
