[web] min-width problem

Actually IE handles width like it was min-width. It doesn't enforce the specified width if the content is wider, except when you specify overflow: hidden. So you could do the following:

.minWidthstyle {
min-width: 600px;
}
* html .minWidthstyle {
width: 600px;
}

The same goes for min-height.
