Hi, I'm wondering how it's possible to get input from an HTML file for your desktop application. For example.. if I wanted to make part of a GUI with html. I know I could just use a web control, or some other other ActiveX object. But how would it communitcate with the rest of my app(how could I tell which button was pressed in the web control) Does this require making your own protocol? (like myapp://)...and if so..where do you start? This is just something that recently caught my curiousity, it seems like you could make some rather nifty apps, if you could mix the two technologies well. Thanks ArchG

How your application interacts with the HTML really depends on the method you use to embed the HTML in your application, what language you use to write the application and so on.
