Exists some place where I can find textures for faces, hair and clothes for my models 3D? I am looking for for designer for my game, but still I did not find nobody.

Check the visual arts stickie... they have a bunch of free models and resources there.

You may also be able to find something in the resources section.

As for recruiting an artist or designer to work on your project, I'd recommend you head to the help wanted forum, but be sure to read the FAQ and stickied threads before posting.
