Loading 3DS models in Direct X 9

here are a few files that I was working on a while ago, I forgot where i got the tutorial from, but its out there, so this is not my own work(credit to whomever wrote it). However i have read it over and understand whats going on and since have adapted it to managed dx, however im not releasing that as of yet. This should be able to get you started though.
