Some timing functions

whenever i do a game-related project, i basically use the same set of functions to do the timing. it uses the QueryPerformanceCounter of the Windows API, so you have a high precision timer. i made them publicly available, useable in a small header file. more information on this site: http://www.embege.com/timing/ feedback of any kind is very welcome.
