1.4mb Download: http://www.dxgame.com/download/dxgdemo_0106.zip Screenshot: http://www.dxgame.com/screenshots/pfdemo2_5.jpg Requirements: Windows XP, 3D Card, VB6 Runtimes (most have these) Controls: A - Shoot Z - Jump Left/Right - Move Up/Down - Gun Angle ESC - Exit This is not a demo of a real game, it was something put together (in a week) while working on new coding ideas. The demo consists of 1 level with a boss. Happy shooting. :) [Edited by - dxgame on January 4, 2006 1:10:23 PM]

Neat game =)
I'm impressed that this kind of thing is possible in VB6 (maybe I gave up QB too soon).

It works fine it Win 2k3 too.

But please give me regular Metal Slug aiming controls..

edit: And I managed to beat it, the final boss had no shortage of armour..

"It works fine it Win 2k3 too." - ooohh.. that's the first time I've heard of someone running the engine on W2k3! Thanks!

"But please give me regular Metal Slug aiming controls.." - Yah I know, after completing the demo I was like, "the aiming sucks...". Oh well, didn't have much time to work on it. ;)

Thanks for checking it out.
