Why Not easy skeletal Animation???

I am searching for skeletal animation for managed directX9.0. but can not find anything, except Tom Miller's book tutorials and SDK's tutorial. These are very complicated and not easy to modify. I had really stucked. Does anyknow know good tutorial about this? is it really difficult to do this in directX?

Skeletal animation is not really API specific. However their are some API oriented implementations such as those you've found. And I guess it doesn't get that much simpler if you want all the features embedded is those. What exactly are you looking for? Basic skeletal animation theory? Tutorials?
