If I wanted to put a few points on a grid and then have my enemies move to the points what would be a good way to do this? also, if I wanted them to curve around SOME poitns depending on a variable like "Curvearound = 1" and maybe do other things around other points, etc, what would be the best way to do this?

I think the most simple solution is to have a list of coordinates and perhaps the time that they need to be there. Upon coming within some epsilon of their target, then the focus on getting to the next target. Instead of curving, just put in a few more points to simulate a curve. At the end of the path, they can either repeat or reverse their path, or choose a new one, or whatever your situation demands.
