GL_EXT_framebuffer_object help

I've gone across every article on this extension step by step but all my textures come out white. can anybody point me to a good site that has this as a complete example with source code? I'm actually beginning to think there is a problem with this extension and/or nVidia drivers or their 7800, because I found one demo but I'm not sure if what I'm seeing is right..There was no explanation. Btw, how do you make the "Code Box?" to post source in? thanks.
