Some programmig books come with chapters on the math related to it. They wont go into extreme detail, but it might be enough. One of these such books is Beginning OpenGL Game Programming which has a chapter on the CD about matrix math, specifically how it applies to 3D worlds. I haven't read it yet, but assuming its as good as the programming parts of the book, its a wrothy read.

"3D Math Primer for Graphics and Game Development" by Dunn and Parberry is an excellent book for 3D game math.
