Texture doesnt appear

I made a D3D class to draw a texture on the screen. but when i run it the texture doesnt appear. I also looked at the artikel "2D in Direct3D using Textured Quads" here on gamedav but couldnt find what he was doing diffrent than me. I just give a link the the whole projectfile becouse i really dont know where im doing something wrong. I used Visual Studio 2003 to build it. Linky to the Projectfile. Fyber

You are trying to draw transformed vertices. As such, they contain an RHW value. In the FVF, you need to use D3DFVF_XYZRHW instead of D3DFVF_XYZ.
