How can I delay audio output on windows 2000. It should work for real player and meadia player. I want to adjust audio by delaying the output to sound card. Srinivas

The only way I can imagine is to write an audio driver yourself. Simply store whatever information the system passes you for a while and then pass it on to the real driver. This will work for all applications everywhere, but will probably require a little tricky programming.

Same sort of idea as SpamAssassin, which pretends to be a POP3 server, but really just hits up the real POP3 server itself, does some processing to the data, then turns over the data to the original requester.
