Okay... this has been bugging me all night, when i pass vertices into a Vertex Buffer, is there a specific order that i must pass them in? because i''m just trying to display a triangle and for some reason if i change the order that i pass in the vertices, it doesn''t display the triangle anymore... but i don''t know why it should matter in what order the vertices are passed in. I''m new to directx in general so any help would be welcome so that i can get some sleep!

this is due to back face culling
dx performs bfc by verifying if vertices are passed clockwise
or counter cw (depends on renderstates).
so if you wanna have all triangles drawed, disable culling-renderstate
