[.net] Indoor scene from .X mesh

I want to create a simple indoor scene without any optimization like bsp. I created a level in 3ds max, then i exported it into .X format. There are floors and walls. When i move into the level i want to perform tests on collision detection with walls and floors of Mesh. The question is how can i classify the Mesh elements for using them for collision detection when i move into the level?
