Hi all, Have a big problem here. I have a 3ds importer which i have used to import a space craft into my opengl application. i want to apply about 5 different textures to the space craft model. i just need to ask some questions about this , so here we go... 1) can i apply materials to my model in 3d max and eliminate the need for manual texture mapping using opengl/c code ? if so, how? 2) do yee know any good website out there that have any examples of multi texturing in opengl an imported model? 3) I have looked at an example in an opengl application where a cube was manually drawn (its vertices and polygon points were specified in coding) and it was texture mapped on all sides by linking the textures u,v coords with the cubes x,y,z coords. do i need to do the same in my case, whereby i will have to find out all the vertices and polygon coords of my spaceship and map them to each set of coords in each of my 5 textures ? phew...:') Thanks all in advance..
