I have installed a new template to phpbb, and it appears in the export page, but not in the add page. Everything is uploaded correctly.

Its a pain in the butt to change those templates out. If I remember correctly, you have to set the default style in the configuration panel to the new template. Then you have to override users style to force them to use the template. And it seems like there were a few other things I had to do before it worked. I just remember it being a pain.
