hello! For bumpmapping I use a uv-map that is mapped to an object. The same map (converted to a normalmap) is used for bump mapping. The problem is, that the normalmap is not mapped correctly to the object (so there are bumps, where bumps should not be and vica-versa. But the shape of the bumps itself is correct). Can someone give me a hint? Thank you,

If you use a normal map that, when overlayed, has the same layout as the diffuse map you can use the same texture coordinates. Are you using one or two sets of texture coordinates? And are they holding the same values?

I only use on set of tex. coordinates. But I already got the error: my image imported rotated the normal map.
