1.19209e-007 == 1.19209 * 1/2^7 ? Are there some way to quickly convert the complex representaion to normal:0.009313..?

It's actually a base 10 exponent, not a base 2 exponent.
1.19209e-007 == 1.19209 * 1/10^7

Extract the number after the e (the exponent). Count that number of digits to the right of the decimal point, and move the decimal point to there. (Obviously count left if the exponent is negative.)

For example,
    1.19209e-007 = 0.000000119209
3.14159e+010 = 31459000000.0
