Help with d3dpool_default textures exist on reset

Hi all, I am getting an error... The following D3DPOOL_DEFAULT surfaces/buffers/textures still exist when trying to reset the device, even though ALL of my buffers and textures are created using D3DPOOL_MANAGED. Is there any circumstances under which a texture or buffer will be placed in D3DPOOL_DEFAULT memory even though it has been declared as D3DPOOL_MANAGED? Thanks!
