X File from Lightwave 6.5

Sorry to glad you, but can anyone give me the command line to use with conv3ds.exe to transform a Lightwave 6.5 object with some textures, into an X file (with it''s texture of course ;-). Each I try it lose the textures... thx.

Search for a 3D model converter called 3D Exploration. It convert many different file formats. Convert the Lightwave object to a 3ds file then convert it to X format. Hope this helps.

But, I am curious, there is no way to do it with conv3ds or any software given with the SDK ?
