Weird Tile Problem

Hey, so yesterday I added a tile engine (no maps yet) to my game engine, and I used the tile engine written by Jim Adams (Programming RPG'S with DirectX 2nd Ed.) as a reference. Basically, I modeled mine after his, and mine is simpler. But when I draw tiles to the screen, they are not full size, they are probably about 3 pixels shorter than they should be. I cannot figure out why! has this ever happened to anyone before? Please Help! Thanks.

I love to post some code, except that my personal computer doesn't have an Internet connection, I post on this website at school or on my family's computer. I'll try though.
