Im just starting the book Beginning OpenGL and I want to know if i need to download the openGL api or something because I dont seem to have any of these files that the book is talking about. And the book doesnt talk about setting up opengl or anything just starts giving me code. Im using VC++2005 express. update: ok I foundt a section in the book that said if im using VC that I should already have the files, but I checked I dont have a GL folder in my include folder.

You dont have the files because visual studio 2005 EE doenst come with any windows development support packaged with it. Thats why the download page says to download the PSDK (platform software development kit) and to follow the instructions on how to set visual stuido up to use it.
