3x3Matrix to 4x4Matrix

Hi guys, I hold my object transformations as 4x4 Matrices (using OpenGL). The book Im using describes rotations using 3x3 Matrices. My question is, how do I convert a 3x3 matrix to a 4x4 matrix? Thanks for any help given!

An affine transformation matrix with no translation has a fourth row of (0 0 0 1) and a fourth column of (0 0 0 1).
