my computer is running on win xp sp2. The tools for making kernel are g++.exe(from the last release of mingw), nasmw.exe and ld.exe. I followed this tutorial. I could make kernel.o and kernel_c.o but an error generated by ld.exe occured, the message is "ld: PE operations on non PE file.". By the way, I wanna know how to use visual c++ express in OSdev, thx.
