For Immediate Release: Game Development Project Outsourcing and Bidding Website Launched Companies looking to outsource parts or entire gaming projects and Developers looking for work may now find help at http://www.project247.com . The site is targeted to the game development community. Client companies can create and post their project needs and specifications, and Developers bid and compete with one another to bag the project. Unlike other general project posting and bidding sites like Elance, WorkExchange and Rent-A-Coder, that list all types of projects across various industries, www.project247.com is focused entirely on the Game Development Industry. Clients and Developers may sign up and create their profiles for free. They may also bid for free, and there are no subscription fees. They are only required to pay $100 when a project is successfully awarded to a winner and the development process starts. This feature makes it a win-win situation for Developers and Client’s looking to outsource. “We envision this to quickly become the de-facto place for game developers looking for work and pitching their services – and Client’s looking to cut costs and increase efficiencies by Outsourcing.” says Vishal Lamba, the person behind the site (who also heads a game development company in India. “The idea struck me when I realized that there is no central place for gaming companies looking for game development work. Me and my online marketing team regularly visit a whole bunch of websites, looking specifically for game development projects. It’s a long process as one has to go through many general projects trying to quickly identify gaming projects. Keyword searches help – but only to a certain extent… and so I created this website to help the game development community at large.” On www.project247.com , there are a lot of categories and project types that Clients can post. Developers can also define their services and specialization areas amongst these, including - 2D Game Art, 3D Game Art, AI Programming, BREW, Business & Legal, C / C++ Coding, Casual Gaming, Character Sketching, Cinematics & Cut Scenes, Concept Art, Cross Platform Porting, Database Design & Development, Dialog Writing, DirectX, Flash Scripting & Programming, Game Design, Hardware Design, IP Rights, J2EE, J2ME, Java, Sound / Audio, MMORPG Development and a lot more. ### Contact: Vishal Lamba Email: vishal@chakrainteractive.com Phone: +91-22-22029732 / 36 Fax: +91-22-22029728

Your frontpage seems to list a lot of well known clients, now I hope that isn't a lie and those people shown are actually clients or have been (judging that there are no projects I suspect not). No way on earth that I would use a service that openly misleads people in such a way.
