I want to send my friend a game I am working on and need to know what files I must send him besides the exe for my game to work on his computer. He dosen't have allegro installed.

Just the exe and the allegro dll. And any other files you include with your game like settings and images etc.

My friend says it still dosent work he gets this error:

alien wars.exe has generated error and will be closed by windows

the program runs fine on my computer

I'm afraid that you have a bug, then. It might very well be that the game just happens to run fine on your computer, and not on his...
