Matrices, Vectors & other 3D Maths (Refresher Course)

Hi All, Im looking to refresh my knowledge of: Matrices, Vectors, Raytracing, General Mechanics and other 3D Maths. What I would ideally want is a place where it gives an example, and then gives you some questions or problems to try and solve. I would like to do these on paper, as opposed to program them. As I said its a refresher course, been dabbling in AI ;) and now I want to get back into some heavy physics and graphic shaders. Any linkts or places that you would recommend. I am currently looking at wikipedia, and various math sites, but any other sources are more than welcome. Cheers

I also have the Essential Mathematics for Games & Interactive Applications book and I agree it's the most comprehensive of all the game related math books (and I own them all, pretty much). If you want something a little easier to read before moving onto that book then I would also recommend 3D Math Primer for Graphics and Game Development by Dunn & Parberry.
