Well, I posted in the other massive thread (45 pages?!), but figuring that most people won''t read the post because it is so massive, I''ve decided to post here.
I wanted to see if the movement is still on to show Hasbro that all of us small developers dislike their actions. I agree with the sentiment whole-heartedly. If we all stick together, we ARE tougher to break and Hasbro will eventually have to relent. I don''t see how they honestly expect to get any money out of small developers anyway. After all, lack of money is very much responsible for us being small developers.
So, what I want to know is if a symbol was decided on (a ribbon I believe was the last decision) and if anyone has created the symbol? I am quite willing to place it on my company''s web-page and stick a nail in Hasbro''s large foot.
If a symbol has NOT been decided on or completed, then I would like to see this movement revitalized. By all means, we should all try to create a symbol and then decide on a final one for our pages. We should all make Hasbro''s foot hurt when it tries to step on us!
Anyway, if anyone''s interested in seeing this thing pick up again, let''s get it moving!

Hasbro has sold off its interactive division to Infogrames. I do not know the details of the sale, but it is likely that Hasbro would receive a royalty on any product Infogrames makes using Hasbro licenses (i.e. Clue, Monopoly).
By the way, the sale was for $100 million. $95 million in stocks, only $5 million in cash. That''s how poorly Hasbro Interactive had done.

Ok, how and where can I contribute? Also I guess I need to know how much is considered a decent contribution. Really I haven''t much available money to donate, but I will donate some of my time! I''ll try to make some monetary donation if I can contribute what is a reasonable sum. :/

Games and toys manufacturer Hasbro pulled down its Atari website after it was defaced by hackers.
Hackers were so amazed by Atari.com''s lack of security that they taunted the company with graffiti referring to its vulnerability and uploaded soft porn images onto the site.
They then emailed the tech people at Hasbro telling them of the security lapse and encouraging them to rectify it.
After 24 hours had passed and nothing had been done, the initial hackers carried on with their fun.
Eventually, after two days Hasbro''s tardy tech team noticed and pulled down the site at 3pm on Thursday afternoon.
According to one web developer that witnessed the offensive, the site was easy to penetrate.
"If you went to www.atari.com/admin you were prompted for a username and password, these were both ''test'' (an easy guess) and typing these in allowed you to edit the site, doing things like add and editing products in the shop database for example," said the developer, who wished to remain anonymous.
"I think this raises some interesting issues about a company''s responsibility for the security and control of content on their website, especially when they are a recognised toy manufacturer, who I guess don''t usually show porn to kids."
Hasbro was unavailable for comment.
