Hi! I would like to find a free library that I can add to my game so it can programmatically generate a lossy video file, complete with sound, to some _common_ video file format. My game compiles for Windows and Mac OS X, so the library needs to support these. Any ideas? /Marcus

Personally I prefer google.com
you might also try yahoo.com but they tend to be a lot less programmer oriented, plus theres annoying ads everywhere

I would use the Windows AVIFile library. Search MSDN for AVIFileOpen and you'll find all the functions listed. Also you can easily use compression using any compressor installed.
