Texture Coordinates dynamic change to Screen

hi @all i am try to work an an effect for water, i didnt find any tutorial that i understand so i try it in other way i render "mirror" scene to texture, and put this to an alpha transparent water plane (to see ground under the water), simple thing (later i try simple vertex buffer stuff to manipulate the mirror dynamic texture for wave effects) but how can i calculate the vertices u/v texture positions to fit to screen the middle of the 3d scene (window_x/2 window_y/2) is the middle of texture ( 0.5, 0.5) what formula can i use for that.. or is there any function to do it automatically? greetings aragon
