using milkshape with md3s

I downloaded a model off of polycount. I can open it in Milkshape and assign it's texture to it. I can't figure out how to load the animations though! Also, it is divided into the lower, upper, and head md3s, is there an easy way to combine all these with milkshape so that I can export them in a format that I can use in my game? ( i have an exporter, but I don't know how to assemble the complete product with all three segments and their animations in milkshape)
